Additional services like secretarial support, printing, and break-out activities are available upon request.

Meeting Packages

Best Western City Hotel Woerden offers flexible meeting room hire rates, exclusive of 21% VAT:

  • Half-day (Morning or Afternoon): €165.00.

  • Full day: €285.00.

  • Extended day (Morning to Evening): €365.00.

Daypart Definitions:

  • Morning: 08.00-12.30 hrs

  • Afternoon: 12.30-18.00 hrs

  • Evening: 18.00-23.00 hrs
